How do I prevent Claude from running tests it thinks are flaky?

My test suite has ~10 tests that Claude sometimes labels as flaky and skips when running with the test-runner skill. They aren't flaky — they're slow integration tests. How do you mark them as "always run" or override Claude's flaky detection?
